  We put off mattress shopping for a while because we were overwhelmed with choices and didn't know what we wanted. We decided to go into Matress Firm to get a better idea and ended up buying a mattress the same day. The manager Steven was helpful and patient with our indecisiveness. He took time to explain differences and helped is narrow down our selection to a few. When it came down to final choice, he did not try to upsell us and was honest and fair. He eve switched the mattress to a different base because it was on one that was rocking so it felt more bouncy then it really was. I wish we had done this sooner!!

  Stephen was incredibly friendly and helpful! Not only did he get me a mattress at a great price, but he also threw in a few extra incentives! He was extremely personable and patient with me and my mom. We left there with smiles on our faces. Thanks Stephen!
